I posted this on my Facebook but any help is much appreciated.
Every single time I try to drag and drop any file or folder into my external hard drive. It keeps telling me that “this operation can not be completed, an error has occurred”. I bought the hard drive in 2010 and have only used it a handful of times to backup my Mac HD. (I can however access files and folders on the HD but can’t add anything new onto it.) What does this mean?
Would I have to buy a new hard drive?
